Capcom E3 2015 activities
E3 is right around the corner, and Capcom will of course be in attendance with our current title lineup! If you’re attending the event, look forward to four playable demos (Street Fighter V, Mega Man Legacy Collection, Resident Evil 0, and Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition), a signing with Ono-san, tournaments with prizes, and an awesome photo op. If you’re keeping up with E3 happenings from home, look forward to a full livestreaming schedule with some very special guests. Hit the jump to see what we’ll be showing off.
Street Fighter V Activities
Street Fighter V will be present at E3 in a big way! We previously mentioned the Street Fighter V exhibitions that are happening throughout the show, but the excitement doesn’t end there!
There are quite a few other Street Fighter centric activities we have going on so make sure you stop by the booth if you’re in attendance.
Street Fighter V Playable
Come play the next chapter in the storied Street Fighter series! Ryu, Nash, Chun-Li and M.Bison make their return as completely redesigned fighters in Street Fighter V. Paired with a brand new battle engine, there will be quite a bit to discover with each character. As this is the first ever playable demo for SFV, we expect there to be no shortage of competition at the booth for the most casual and hardcore SF fans.
Single Elimination SFV Tournaments (June 16, 17, 18, Various Times)
Test your mettle against others in a series of eight man single elimination tournaments, taking place at the Capcom e-Sports Stage (located in the Capcom booth). Although we are running a few tournaments per day, we expect spots to go fast. That said, we would advise players who want to participate to show up early in order to secure their spot. With winners receiving a PS4 (!!!) and limited edition SFV PS4 faceplates, everyone should definitely bring their A game!
Street Fighter Photo Booth
Keep the hype going strong after playing Street Fighter V with the Street Fighter Photo Booth. Channel your favorite Street Fighter inspired attack as over 15 cameras angled from different positions capture your pose in front of a digital rendition of SFV’s Hong Kong stage. The 15 different pictures are then combined into one digital portrait, providing picture takers with an awesome “moving” photo that will leave them feeling as if they just walked out of a real life Street Fighter match.
Ono-San Signing (June 16, 17, 2pm~3pm)
Executive Producer of the Street Fighter Brand, Yoshinori Ono, will be on hand to take pictures and give out signed Street Fighter V posters. He will also sign any other Street Fighter related items you bring along! This is a rare opportunity to meet one of the leading producers in the fighting genre, so make sure to get there early as the line fills up rather quickly.
Capcom Unity SFV Stream (June 16, 17, 18, 12pm~1pm)
Tune in as Peter “ComboFiend” Rosas talks all things SFV. Topics will range from character specifics to general SFV battle system details. Questions from the fans will also be fielded and even a special guest or two that may drop by to kick things up a notch.
Resident Evil 0 Activities
Following up on the wildly successful remastering of Resident Evil, the classic beginning of the entire Resident Evil saga is also being lovingly remastered for consoles and PC. Relive the origins of the RE story in gorgeous high resolution.
RE0 Playable
E3 attendants will have the chance to get their hands on the first ever playable demo of this title. Take control of Rebecca Chambers and Billy Coen aboard the atmospheric Ecliptic Express and work together to survive.
RE0 Streams (June 16 and 17, 3pm~4pm)
Tune in as we play through the E3 demo and talk about the game.
Mega Man Legacy Collection Activities
Capcom has teamed up with retro game preservationists Digital Eclipse to bring six 8-bit Mega Man classics (MM1-6) to next gen and PC (with a 3DS version coming down the line), complete with a vast archive of antique development and promotional materials, an addictive challenge mode, and more.
MMLC Playable
If you’re attending the event, you’ll be able to see the collection in action for the first time ever. Try out some challenges, see the Museum and Database, or just play through a little of the games (*MM1 and MM2 will be playable at the event).

Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition Activities
After a nigh unbearable wait, DMC4SE will finally be in players’ hands just a week after E3 (June 23 rd ). As a final hurrah before its launch, the game will be in full force at the event.
DMC4SE Playable
Attendees can try out all five of the game’s playable characters (Vergil, Lady, Trish, Nero, Dante) in a couple of Missions or in Bloody Palace Mode, complete with all of their moves unlocked.
