MSI Rolls Out Clutch GM41 Lightweight V2 Gaming Mouse
MSI today rolled out the Clutch GM41 Lightweight V2 gaming mouse. A wired cousin of the original GM41 series from 2020/21, the “V2” in the model name of the new mouse denotes a change to the mouse’s sensor. The GM41 V2 uses a PixArt PMW-3389 sensor, compared to the PAW-3370 of the original. The new sensor comes with a maximum resolution of 16,000 dpi, a reduction from the 20,000 dpi of the original. The mouse features NVIDIA Reflex support. The 50G acceleration, and 400 IPS tracking speed, however, remain unchanged. What’s also not changed is the mouse’s design, its pseudo-ambidextrous 6-button layout that uses Omron-made switches rated for 60 million clicks, and the FriXionFree Cable that’s designed to reduce friction from the desk. The company didn’t mention pricing.
