Tomorrow marks the launch of accessible, colourful platforming adventure Regenbogen-Billy: Der Fluch des Leviathan, and we here at Nintendo Life have gotten our eyes on the lovely-looking launch trailer a bit earlier than expected. Kirby-amiibo, it showcases Rainbow Billy’s world and his quest to best the titular leviathan and return colour to his surroundings.
Developer Manavoid Entertainment has crafted a platformer that mixes in puzzles, RPG elements and creature-collecting, and in a welcome break from the conflict and combat that are part and parcel of most games, it seems that Rainbow Billy is totally non-violent. Yep, apparently you resolve ‘engagements’ (as the PR blurb calls them) by building trust rather than opening various cans of whoop-ass. Novel!
