Intels Sapphire Rapids Xeons mit bis zu 64 GB HBM2e-Speicher

During the Supercomputing (SC) 21 event, Intel has disclosed additional information regarding the company’s upcoming Xeon server processor lineup, mit dem Codenamen Sapphire Rapids.
