Urgh. Fresh off a plane from Germany and straight into the office, and my brain is having trouble keeping up with my keyboard. How does this whole news story thing go again? Ah yes – how’s this: Microsoft has just announced that its CEO Steve Ballmer will retire in the next 12 months.
