Nintendo of America in Beschwerde wegen neuer Arbeitsplätze genannt

Back in April, Nintendo of America was named alongside contracting firm Aston Carter in a National Labor Relations Board filing, where an “unnamed worker” claimed their legally protected right to unionise was violated.

Nintendo issued an official statement at the time explaining how the contractor was “terminated for the disclosure of confidential information” and mentioned how it was “engagiert” to providing a welcoming and supportive work environment for employees and contractors.
