Famitsu has posted early sales estimates for Pokémon-Legenden: Arceus and it appears that the game sold a mighty 1,424,657 million copies in its first three days on sale in Japan.

For perspective, that puts it in second place in the launch sales rankings behind Animal Crossing: Neue Horizonte, was verkauft 1.88 million units in its corresponding three-day period, und Pokémon Brillanter Diamant und Glänzende Perle, which is knocked down to third place after managing 1.39 million sales in November 2021.

What makes this figure even more impressive is the fact that it doesn’t include download versions of the game, entweder. Nintendo posted its latest financial results today which revealed that the aforementioned Switch remakes Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Pokémon Shining Pearl have sold a massive 13.97 million copies worldwide since launching back in November, which puts them at number 9 auf the best-selling Switch games list.
