Activision Blizzard, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI) intends to release its first quarter 2022 results at approximately 4:30 a.m. Pacific Time (7:30 a.m. Eastern Time) en Monday, Abril 25, 2022.

As announced on Enero 18, 2022, Microsoft plans to acquire Activision Blizzard para $95.00 per share in an all-cash transaction.
