Konami is currently hosting a Japanese indie game contest (in cooperation with Shueisha Game Creators Camp), asking small team developers to create action and shooting games based on its classic IP.

The winner scores 2 millones de yenes (about $18,000 DÓLAR ESTADOUNIDENSE) and will be given the opportunity to commercialise their gamewith Konami investing up to 30 millones de yenes (alrededor $270,000 DÓLAR ESTADOUNIDENSE) in development funds and providing full support for the product.
