Following on from Nintendo’s announcement it would discontinue the 3DS eShop and the Wii U eShop as of March 2023, The Pokémon Company has announced it will be making the Banco Pokémon service on 3DS entirely free. Until now, users had to pay to access the entire service.

As long as you download Pokémon Banco before the end of March 2023, you should then be able to use the whole service for free (no payments required) when the 3DS eShop closes its doors.

Pokémon Bank started out in 2014 and was replaced by the paid service Inicio Pokémon on the Nintendo Switch in 2020. What are your thoughts about this particular 3DS service being made completely free? Deja un comentario abajo.
