Transcend presenta MTE400S M.2-2242 Value NVMe SSD

Transcend introduced the MTE400S, a value-ended M.2 NVMe SSD meant for the prebuilt OEM/SI channel. Built in the 42 mm-long M.2-2242 form-factor, the drive features a PCI-Express 3.0 interfaz de host x4. It comes in capacities of 256 GB, 512 GB, y 1 TB; and features a DRAM-less design, possibly using a Phison-sourced controller. The company didn’t specify the type of 3D NAND flash used.
