We Challenged Twitter Followers to 1v1 for a Headset – ASTRO Gaming Blog

It was a simple challenge: “1v1 me in Guilty Gear Strive. If you win, I’ll give you a headset.” This was the message tweeted out by the ASTRO Gaming Esports account.

Enter Chris, Guerra, and Ryan. They pensar they’re playing against “Kevin,” an accountant from ASTRO Gaming.

Except “Kevin” isn’t an accountant. He’s the phenomenal professional fighting game expert and EVO world champion Justin Wong. Así, uh, sí. Obviamente, he’s pretty good at Guilty Gear Strive.

Those looking to give “Kevin” a run for his money got a lot more than they bargained for. Sí, as you can imagine, our three challengers mostly had their worlds rocked — but if you check out the video above, you can see there were indeed a few moments where it looked like our humble accountant may well have met his match. We know better, aunque.

Pero no se preocupe. We aren’t monsters. Everyone brave enough to take on “Kevin” went home with an ASTRO A40 headset just the same, regardless if they were able to claim a W or not. Because there’s nothing as awesome as gaming when you have fantastic equipment to back you up.
