Bien, it’s certainly been a bit of a busier week for us here at Nintendo Life! Looking at game announcements, we’re going to be getting Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards on the Switch Online Expansion Pass, más Alan Wake has been confirmed for release on the Switch later this year. Finalmente, por supuesto,, we had a brand new Indie World showcase, bursting at the seams with lots of cool little eShop gems.

In other news, our very own NL community member Zuljaras created a remarkable DOOM sculpture, we took a look at the emergent narrative within Minecraft, and there’s been a bizarre bit of drama surrounding the Fei Long character in Street Fighter! Last, but certainly not least of course, we saw the release of Nintendo’s financial results for FY2022, begging the question as to when we might actually see the arrival of the Switch 2.

Disfrutar!

Este fin de semana, it’s a double dose of new, short RPGs, both of a very different kind! I’ll be diving into the Metroidvania-esque Crónica de Eiyuden: Crónica de Eiyuden, which looks like a really neat little primer before the main event – Crónica de Eiyuden: cien héroes – hits next year. I don’t mind the idea of repetitive fetch quests right now; I just need a pleasant, low-stakes experience.

Also on the docket is Jump Over The Age’s ciudadano durmiente, a game that only popped up on my radar a few weeks ago. I stumbled upon the soundtrack, and the lo-fi synthwave beats practically screamed (hummed?) “pick the game up”! Our review also helped, demasiado. More tabletop RPG, and much higher stakes, but similarly about people and communities. Te veo la proxima semana!

On the good ‘ol Switch it’s probably time for me to finalmente play gris, about which I’ve heard great things. I’ve also started a fresh run in Civilisation VI in which I try to lead Robert the Bruce’s Scotland to space; love the realism!

En otra parte I’ve started a long overdue proper run of Yakuza: Como un dragon, with the mission being to not fall off half way through the story this time around, or waste too much time in the karting minigame.

So I’m still working my way through Bioshock Infinite este fin de semana, because uhhI didn’t really play it last weekend, when I said I would. I’m sorry. I’m going to try and make some decent progress in it this time, aunque, and hopefully polish it off at some point before next weekend.

En otra parte, I’ve decided to play through Red Dead Redemption 2 again on the PS5. I absolutely adore just getting lost in that game’s world, and it’s been long enough that I’ve largely forgotten quite a bit of the narrative.

Es el único juego deportivo anual al que juego y es probable que me mantenga ocupado durante muchos meses., escritor del personal

This weekend is my first free weekend after two weeks of COVID followed by two weeks of a family visit, so I will be playingSLEEP. Just kidding, it’s video game time, babyyyy. Terrestre is the obvious one, because of Backlog Club, but I’ve also not stopped playing Mata a la aguja aún! Tengo 115 hours (I played it a lot over the past month) and I’ve only beaten the Heart twice (Defect x2). I got close with the Ironclad, but forgot to take the last key. I’m still salty about that.

De otra manera, it’s going to be a mixture of watching my partner play Anillo de Elden, which is incredible, and trying out Células muertas, which I bought for the first time in a sale a couple weeks ago. Not sure why I’ve been putting it off, to be honest — I love roguelikes — but I’m finding it a bit hard to get into, because it feels like I somehow skipped a tutorial? No tengo ni idea. Please leave hints thank youuuu.

I’m just going to be getting my Wii U affairs in order. We finally got house internet last night!

I’m halfway in the Division 1 Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe league table and things can go either way. I do have some exceptional new players including Jams, the best Forward in the whole game to turn things around. Onward to the latest trilogy in LEGO Star Wars: La expansión Kaito Files revela el pasado del nuevo protagonista – PlayStation.Blog LATAM with at very least La Fuerza despierta to do this weekend.

While my physical edition is still somewhere down the road, ININ Games was kind enough to send me a review code. What a fantastic reboot! I can’t keep track of how many games Umihara Kawase guest stars anymore.

As always, gracias por leer! Asegúrese de dejarnos un comentario a continuación con sus planes de juego de fin de semana.!
