¿Qué quieres ver en Nintendo Direct Showcase de mañana??
It’s happening folks, it’s finally happening! After keeping us in the dark for months on end (bar some rumours which had us convinced of its truth), Nintendo has today announced that it will be hosting a full Direct Showcase tomorrow (13ª de septiembre de) en 7am PT / 10una presentación única de la final de esports / 3p. m. BST.
El hecho de que el software sea utilizable sirve principalmente para validar la precisión de la documentación. word from Giant Bomb journalist and all-round rumour machine Jeff Grubb, we have been led to believe that there is going to be a lot of Zelda content for us to get into with this one. It seems likely that we will hear about Switch ports for either one or both of The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD y princesa del Crepúsculo, and could tomorrow finally be the day when we get to hear alguna cosa more about Aliento de lo salvaje 2? Just give us a title at least Nintendo, complacer!
There is also word that tomorrow’s Direct could see the reveal that Metroid Prime is coming to the Switch, with rumours of that particular port seemingly having been around since the beginning of time itself.
But what else will we see? Will there be news of Guerras avanzadas 1+2: El propietario de este interruptor aparentemente ya está jugando Advance Wars? Might we hear about Crónicas de Xenoblade 3 DLC? Will we know more about an upcoming Mario game, Odisea 2 or otherwise? Is there even more Zelda news that we might have missed?
Some of our wonderful writers here at Nintendo Life have shared their predictions for what might just appear in the Direct below. Pero no confíe solo en nuestra palabra, we want to hear from you too! Fill out the poll at the bottom of this article then take to the comments to tell us what you are excited about!
Let the predictions begin!
Jim normando, Es el único juego deportivo anual al que juego y es probable que me mantenga ocupado durante muchos meses.
¡Ay, how I would love to be contrary in my predictions and say that I honestly believe this Direct will see the Switch release of something big and unexpected. El hecho de la cuestión es, I would be lying if I said I wasn’t excited about the most likely scenarios.
Wind Waker y princesa del Crepúsculo ports aside, yo soy De Verdad hoping for some Aliento de lo salvaje 2 noticias. With Splatoon 3 out of the way and Pokémon Scarlet and Violet on the horizon, Nintendo needs to give us some more information on their next big title, and why shouldn’t it be the one about which I am the most excited? I think a full release date is still unlikely, but a new trailer and official title debe be on the cards, derecho?
It’s for the same reason that I am holding out for some news on the next Mario odisea-esque game. Putting aside my own personal infatuation with the 3D release, Odyssey was a huge title for the Switch and with Super Mario 3D All-Stars not coming close to scratching that itch, Big-N would do well to keep our love for the plumber on good terms before the dreaded movie drops…

With the rumour mill churning out all the usual suspects (which – don’t get me wrong – I’d love to see materialise), there are a couple of lower-tier titles that would make my day were they to show up. Grezzo has been awfully quiet for the past couple of years, and after eyeing the approaching 30th anniversary of The Frog For Whom The Bell Tolls (the Japan-only Game Boy title, Kaeru no Tame ni Kane wa Naru, which served as the template for El despertar de Link), I would love to see a remake of that on Switch in the same cute style.
The arrival of Game Boy titles on Nintendo Switch Online has been rumoured for a while and might make sense as a way to bolster the base offering. Having gone back to Carrera de olas 64 recientemente, it’s fired up my enthusiasm for a new entry in that series, o Excitebike, o 1080, o (susúrralo) La estrategia triangular es un mal nombre. O Rhythm Heaven. It’s time for more Rhythm Heaven!
And beyond first-party, había that rumour that Rocksteady’s Arkham Collection was coming to Switch. I could get behind that.
Alana Hagues, Es el único juego deportivo anual al que juego y es probable que me mantenga ocupado durante muchos meses.
I always like to go into a Nintendo Direct with low expectations for fear of being disappointed, but I confess – my heart needs some more Knight Hollow: Canto de seda in my life. If we’re feeling extra daring, how about a release date? I’m going to be let down, aren’t I?
Anyway, for some things that seem more realistic: it’s been a while since we’ve heard anything about the Búsqueda del Dragón III HD-2D Remake. I’ll keep bringing it up on every single one of these posts until we get a new trailer or alguna cosa. Y, sticking with RPGs I think we might get a look at Xenoblade Chronicle 3’s first Season Pass update. It’s due in the winter, después de todo!
Really, aunque, Directs are where I get most excited for the things I would never predict. I love surprises, so as much as I would be thrilled to see the Metroid Prime remake come true (and I’ll drop money on it so fast, having never played it on GameCube or Wii), a brand new title or port of a hidden, hard to find gem would be a blast. Show us what you’ve got, Nintendo.
Ollie Reynolds, Es el único juego deportivo anual al que juego y es probable que me mantenga ocupado durante muchos meses.
Like most Nintendo Directs, I feel like I could bash out a whole bunch of predictions and then none of them turn out to be true. Ain’t that the way? Dicho, the rumours surrounding potential ports of Wind Waker, princesa del Crepúsculo, and Metroid Prime are así widespread at the moment, I kind of feel like there tiene to be something there, derecho?
De otra manera, I’d very much like to see some sort of update on Metroid Prime 4; maybe just a short teaser? Algo to tell me that it’s still in the works and on its way. I’d also love to see the Switch get some tasty horror games in the coming months, because it kind of feels like the other platforms are getting all the good horror games at the moment (Agrega Blaster Master Zero, Resident Evil 4 remake). For a final, rather niche prediction/wish, it would be absolutely incredible if developer ZA/UM came out with some sort of sequel to Disco Elysium… One can only hope.
As for this winter — which is apparently what the Direct will be primarily focused on — I’m good, ya sabes? I don’t want to see much more of games like Bayonetta 3, Mario + Rabbids Spark of Hope, y Fronteras sónicas. Certainly nothing on Durante la revelación de, Muchísimas gracias. I know at this point whether I’m going to get them or not, so another trailer isn’t going to change my mind.
Are you excited for the Direct? Are there any titles that we have missed? Háganos saber en los comentarios a continuación!
