Glitches and tricks for The Legend of Zelda: Aliento de lo salvaje just keep on coming, ellos no? La última, from prolific glitch enthusiast channel Juegos reinventados, allows you to take your horse to places it’s never been before: up a mountain full of hot, flaming lava.

The trick essentially allows you to semi-permanently freeze your horse, thereby granting it immunity to the overwhelming heat found within the Elden Region. As described in the video below, you’ll need to head on over to the Woodland Tower, leap off, and use your glider to mosey on down to an area near to the Woodland stable. It’s not clear if this is the sólo place you can exploit the trick; chances are you can do it anywhere, but this seems the most reliable spot.

Before voiding out from the stamina expenditure, you’ll need to aim an ice arrow toward a nearby horse (it’s likely you’ll need to position the horse yourself before attempting this) and freeze it. You’ll then fall into the water and drown (yippee!), but after doing so, you’ll find that the horse remains frozen, and will continue to do so unless it dies from some other means.

This means that you’ll now be able to take your horse to the Elden Region and up Death Mountain, completely immune to the effects of extreme heat. You can even ride directly into the store within Goron City, though why you’d want to is another question entirely.
