At The Game Awards earlier this month, Sega and Sonic Team lifted the lid on the new “open-zone realm” jeu Frontières soniques.

It’s due to arrive at some point in the “vacances 2022”, so when exactly can we expect the blue blur’s next outing? According to the PlayStation database tracker ‘PlayStation Game Size‘, Sonic’s next adventure has been listed for 15th November.

The date lines up with the holiday period, and as Sonic fans have noted – the month of November has seen quite a lot of Sonic games released in the past. Bien sûr, it could just be a “placeholder date” – so keep this in mind.

This date would presumably include the release of the game on all other platforms including Switch. When do you think we’ll see Sonic Frontiers next year? Faites une supposition ci-dessous.
