Ubisoft Is Heading to San Diego Comic-Con
Ubisoft is heading for San Diego Comic-Con, and we’re bringing the Industrial Revolution with us, with the return of the massive Assassin’s Creed Experience parkour course. Attendees at the show will also be able to get hands-on time with The Division and Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, and attend exciting panels for both Assassin’s Creed Syndicate and Toy Soldiers: War Chest. You can also check out the Ubi Workshop booth while you’re there, and get a look at the awesome gear they’ve been cooking up. Take a look below for details on everything we’ll be showing at Comic-Con.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate
The Assassin’s Creed Experience
The Assassin’s Creed Experience is returning to Comic-Con for the second year in a row. Whether you have a badge for the show or not, you can swing by to test your parkour skills if you’re in the area. Those who attempt the course will be able to get awesome action shots of themselves making the iconic Leap of Faith and tackling the overhead glider. Those who pre-order the game on-site will also receive the Rooks Initiation Kit, a supply of everything you’ll need to become a member of the Rooks and liberate London from the Templars.
Maybe you’d like some sweet muttonchops to match Jacob Frye? While you’re at the course, get a free customized shave from professional Schick barbers, thanks to Ubisoft’s partnership with Schick Hydro. Come join us at the Assassin’s Creed Experience on the Martin Luther King Jr. Promenade from 10:00 a.m. à 6:00 p.m., Juillet 9 through July 11, and from 10:00 a.m. à 5:00 p.m. on July 12.
If you don’t have a pass for Comic-Con and are still hoping to score one, we’ve extended our trip sweepstakes through July 5. Register for the free Join the Family rewards program between now and then and get as many entries in as you can. If you are already attending, you can go to that rewards site and register to skip the line altogether and jump straight to the front.

It’s Time for a Bloody Ruckus!
On Friday, Juillet 10, à partir de 2:00 p.m. à 3:00 p.m., head to Room 6BCF for the “Assassin’s Creed Syndicate: It’s time for a bloody ruckus!” panel. Panelists Paul Amos and Victoria Atkin (the actors behind Jacob and Evie Frye) will lead you through the dark and gritty world of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate and show you what it means to be both a Master Assassin and a leader of a London crime syndicate. Amos and Atkin will be joined by Creative Director Marc-Alexis Cote as they set the scene for the most modern AC title to date.
You might remember the amazing animated short we premiered at Comic-Con last year for Assassin’s Creed Unity. This year, panel attendees will be the first to check out our brand new Assassin’s Creed-inspired short, from the minds of F. Gary Gray – director of the soon-to-be released Universal film, “Straight Outta Compton” – and veteran comic book artist Pop Mhan. Join the panel to see the new short and also get an exclusive look at the making of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate.
La Division
Head to the Xbox Lounge in the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel to get your hands on The Division. Join up with a team and get your first taste of the Dark Zone. Enter seamlessly from the open world and take part in the suspenseful multiplayer experience. Encounter other groups of Division Agents in the Dark Zone and determine on the spot whether you will help them out, or turn on them and take their loot for your own.
Toy Soldiers: War Chest Panel
Come to Room 25 on July 9 à partir de 12:00 p.m. à 1:00 p.m. and see how Toy Soldiers: War Chest is bringing your favorite childhood toys to life. Join moderator Greg Miller of Kinda Funny Games as he leads our panelists on a wild ride through our childhoods. Special guests Derryl DePriest (G.I. Joe historian and Hasbro’s VP of global brand marketing), Mark Morse (director of global marketing and franchise development for Masters of the Universe, from Mattel) and Josh Mast (producer on Toy Soldiers: War Chest, from Ubisoft) discuss bringing these incredible heroes to life in the game. Get an exclusive look behind the scenes of the new trailer starring the new He-Man and G.I. Joe armies, plus a live gameplay demo.
Ubi Workshop
The Ubi Workshop has been cooking up some truly spectacular gear for all you con-goers. Swing by the Ubi Workshop booth in the Exhibition Hall (#135) and take a look at all the products available for purchase. They will also be launching a couple of contests throughout the show, which you can learn more about at the official site.
