The song library reached (and passed) the 750-song milestone, adding artists like Tenacious D, Stone Temple Pilots, Breaking Benjamin e Mötley Crüe to the roster. The developers got to interview Metalocalypse creator Brendon Small and jam with 12-year-old Japanese prodigy Audrey, who learned to play guitar exclusively using Rocksmith. And oh yeah, there was that time on Twitch that our notetracker Shane didn’t blink for three and a half minutes. That was weird; maybe you had to be there. All in all, 2015 was a really good year for Rocksmith.

And when we look at the songs you played the most, it’s a healthy mix of classic rock, metallo, alternativa, modern rock, and punk, which is just what we were hoping to see. We always try to provide a variety of genres and artists, because we know everybody out there is inspired by something different.
