L'orologio AAA è il motivo per cui non ci meritiamo cose carine su Switch

You remember Calculator, giusto? The Switch eShop app that is just a calculator and costs actual money, and it became a ‘thingthat spawned a thousand witty takes and parody reviews? Sì, you remember, and thanks to all that attention we now have a sub-genre of silly applications trying to get sales through the power of memes. The latest to join in is Orologio AAA, which doesto give it a sliver of creditinclude an actual game.

As you can see in the trailer it is literally a clock, though it does have a basic game that you can access if the excitement of telling the time isn’t quite enough. This time it’s RedDeer.games cluttering up the eShop, dropping AAA Clock this week on 8th October with an initial price of $1.99USD / €1,99, before being brazen enough to put the price up to $9.99USD / €9,99.

The press release even uses the phrase ‘full support for OLED technology’, which doesn’t really make sense. Below are the “https://www.nintendolife.com/features”.

  • Super production quality while incorporating classic clock mechanics
  • A premium product for the demanding users
  • HD Clock with full support for OLED technology
  • The retro game included! Just play and relax
  • Supported languages: Japanese, English, French, German, Spanish, Korean, Portuguese.

We will say that, in the clock’s favour, it can detect the colour of your Joy-Cons and mimic it; that’s something, almeno.

So if you want to waste your Switch battery while it shows you the time, this is the app for you.

It’s all that calculator’s fault.
