Assassin 's Creed 4 Xbox One hands-on – is it worth jumping ship for next gen?

No game has done more to persuade me that next generation consoles aren’t yet necessary than Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag, perhaps the most technically accomplished of today’s cross-gen releases, and the one that’s least mired (Uplay Passport aside) in controversy. I wasn’t expecting much when I got hold of the Xbox 360 version, lo scorso mese, and it fairly knocked me out of my chair.
