Exoprimal si evolve con una nuova mappa, nuova missione finale, e combattente di strada 6 incrociato!

It’s time to hit the streets!

è finalmente arrivato il giorno, Exofighter! Esprimibile’s second Title Update launched today, bringing with it a dropship’s worth of fresh content. Let’s dig into what you’ll be excavating from this major update!

If you’re caught up on the latest Hammerheads HQ, then you’re likely familiar with some of these additions already. To recap, Titolo Aggiornamento 2 include quanto segue:

  • Il primo Capcom Collaboration, con Street Fighter 6
  • A new map, Ocean Platform, challenges Exofighters to survive in a high-wire environment filled with perilous walkways in the middle of the ocean
  • A new PvE Final Mission, Fuga, tasks both teams with working together to survive a dinosaur onslaught while securing their way out
  • New rigs, Edge Strike e Drone, that add new dimensions to how you play
  • New modules, Anti-Horde e Bottiglione, which allow even further suit customization
  • The addition of special, limited-time campaigns for Halloween e la Holidays
  • Una nuova Survival Pass rewards track with an array of fresh cosmetic items

As if that wasn’t enough, we’re happy to announce that we’ll also be running a Double EXP Campaign from October 20° through October 24°. Double EXP applies to everything that gains EXP: your Player Level, your Exosuit Levels, and your Survival Pass Level too! It’s the perfect time to level up some suits that you may not have tried before.

Ora, let’s dive into some of the topics above.

Esprimibile Hits the Streets

Revealed earlier this year, you can finally get your hands on a Ryu Street Fighter 6 skin, emote, decal, fascino, and stamp for the Comm Wheel by playing Dino Survival. Each match you play will unlock part of Ryu’s kit, including a Ryu-themed skin for Deadeye and the iconic Hadoken emote (damage not included). Chun-Li (Vigile) and Guile (Zephyr) will also be joining the fray with their own paid content packs, each complete with an Exosuit skin, emote, decal, fascino, and stamp.

Don’t Look Down

There’s nothing quite like the calming sounds of the ocean. Sfortunatamente, it goes from calm to chaotic when hundreds of raptors are bearing down on you, or a hostile Roadblock with their shield up notices you’re juuuuust a little too close to that edge.

The Ocean Platform is full of perilous precipices, making the map itself a unique threat alongside dinosaurs and hostile Exofighters. Squads should be mindful about where they’re walking unless they want to find themselves at the bottom of the sea, while clever Exofighters will find ample opportunities to shove hostiles off the map or deliver a sneak attack by using movement skills and rigs to ambush unsuspecting enemies.

Escape Velocity

We touched on the new Escape Final Mission with Esprimibile’s director, Takuro Hiraoka, in last week’s Hammerhead HQ, so why not hit your Catapult Rig to make a quick jump over if you missed it? Non preoccupatevi, we’ll be here when you get back.

Ben tornato! To recap, Escape is all about collaborating with other Exofighters, including the squad you were previously pitted against, in a purely PvE scenario. Unlike the ten-player missions tied to story progression (like the Neo T. rex fight), Escape missions take place on a normal map and are divided into two distinct phases: an “area capture” phase where you power up your exosuits, and the actual “escape” phase where your team attempts to make a quick exit.

During the first phase, you, your squad, and your former enemies must work together to secure different parts of the map. Each area captured provides buffs such as attack and defense boosts, or more unusual abilities, such as automatically replenishing craft chips.

During the escape phase, your goal is to get every member of your ten-person team into the Escape Device before it closes. There’s only a limited time to do so, and each team member who makes it through will add additional time to the clock. Those who do not escape will receive mandatory therapeutic agony. Work together to dreamchieve your goals of escaping to fight in another wargame!

Extra Hardware

Two new rigs – additional abilities that can be swapped at any time during gameplay – and two new modules – suit enhancements – are also being added, opening up even more possibilities for Exofighters to excel at the wargames.

First up, the Drone rig. Activating the Drone rig causes it to float forward for a short distance before it bursts into a dazzling ball of light, blinding nearby dinosaurs and impeding the skills of hostile Exofighters in close proximity. It can be used defensively, such as holding off a horde of vicious dinos, or offensively, such as shutting down an opposing Exofighter. Ricordare, creativity is key and increases the quality of combat data by 1.76% per creative unit expended.

For Exofighters who prefer form, funzione, and lethality, the Edge Strike rig is the perfect choice. Shortly after throwing out a sword, Edge Strike teleports you to where the sword made impact, unleashing a powerful attack directly ahead immediately after. Clever Exofighters will note that there are ample opportunities to close the performance gap with the opposition by closing the physical gap between you and your target. This rig can also be used to move swiftly around the battlefield, making it a must-have for Exofighters who prefer extra mobility.

Like to dig into dinosaur hordes? The Anti-Horde module is the perfect choice to keep your exosuit (relativamente) scratch-free. As you might suspect, it reduces the damage taken from small dinosaurs and can help your front-line Exofighters stay in the fight for longer periods of time. Meanwhile, the Magnum module keeps Exofighters who are above a specific health threshold on their feet even when struck with certain attacks that would otherwise take them out. Naturalmente, it doesn’t provide defense against ogni attacco, so make sure you keep your health topped off. Ricordare, a team heal makes the dream real!

Slay in Style

Infine, additional cosmetics are on the way! As Chief Lorenzo says, “The paint job makes the pilot,” so make sure you’re taking some time to customize your exosuits with new cosmetics included in Season 2’s Survival Pass. Both a Standard and Premium track are available, with the Premium track unlocking additional rewards as you earn EXP in matches. Both tracks will unlock additional exosuit skins, incantesimi, francobolli, suit decals, e più, so jump into some Dino Survival matches and slay in style.

Inoltre, special Halloween and Holiday events are on the way and will bring additional exosuit skins with them! We’ll have more info on these limited-time events at a future date.

To recap, Titolo Aggiornamento 2 brings with it the start of Season 2, gli Street Fighter 6 collaborazione, the new Ocean Platform map, a new 10-player PvE Final Mission that can happen on any stage, new rigs and modules, special limited-time events, and lots of new cosmetics. We hope you’re all as excited for these updates as we are!
