Henry Cavill non tornerà in The Witcher anche se non è più Superman

Back in October, The Witcher Serie Netflix – vagamente ispirato ai videogiochi di CD Projekt Red – annunciò Henry Cavill (che interpreta il personaggio principale Geralt) sarebbe stato sostituito da Liam Hemsworth in Season 4.

Non molto tempo dopo, Cavill ha annunciato che avrebbe ripreso il ruolo di Superman. Ora, in uno sviluppo separato, Cavill è stato ufficialmente abbandonato dall'Universo DC – con il nuovo copresidente James Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy, Squadra suicida) annunciando una revisione dei film di Superman.

Questo ora ha some fan di Cavill (e Lo strigo) chiedendosi se poteva forse continuare come Geralt oltre la stagione 3.

e non preoccuparti, le cose non finiranno dopotutto Varietà, Netflix ha confermato la stagione 4 andrà avanti “immutato”. Da quando Cavill ha annunciato che sarebbe passato da The Witcher, i fan dello spettacolo hanno lanciato una petizione su Change.org chiedendo invece a Netflix di sostituire gli sceneggiatori dello show. La petizione ha attualmente più di 285,000 firme. Secondo L'Hollywood Reporter, Secondo quanto riferito, Cavill è ora in trattative con Amazon per recitare e produrre esecutivamente una serie basata sul gioco di miniature da tavolo Warhammer 40,000.
