Microsoft: Xbox One won’t allow digitally downloaded games to be pre-loaded at launch

Xbox One owners will not be able to download digital games prior to their release at launch, but it is something that the platform is looking to introduce more regularly later on down the line, chief Xbox One platform architect Mark Whitten has revealed.
