Nintendo dice che lo è “Indagare attivamente” Reclami per cattiva condotta più recenti
Ieri, Kotaku published a report with a new round of accusations against both Nintendo of America and contracting firm Aston Carter.
In un aggiornamento, the same outlet has now seen an internal message (sent out by NoA’s president Doug Bowser to employees) per quanto riguarda il “media coverage involving claims made about worker conduct”.
Here’s exactly what Bowser had to say about the latest allegations:
We have strict policies designed to protect our employees and associates from inappropriate conduct and expect full compliance with these policies by all who work for or with us. We have and will always investigate any allegations we become aware of, and we are actively investigating these most recent claims.”
Please remember that our HR teams are here to support you. If you experience, have experienced, witness, or have witnessed anything concerning such behavior that is contrary to our Standards of Conduct, employee handbook, or Company Values, please immediately contact your HR Business Partner.
Doug Bowser previously issued an internal message to staff in May about “presunte condizioni di lavoro presso Nintendo”. You can learn more about the latest misconduct claims in the story we ran here on Nintendo Life yesterday.
Poiché questo è un argomento delicato, si prega di mantenere il nostro Regole comunitarie a mente quando ne parleremo di seguito.
