UK commercial kids channel POP Max is being taken over by Pokémon this month, it has been revealed.

From Saturday 12th February, the channel – which is available on pretty much any internet-ready TV set – will air “back-to-back Pokémon episodes and movies all day every day” until Sunday 27th February.

Here’s the PR:

Grab your Pokédex and have your Poké Balls at the ready! Ash and Pikachu are set to take over POP Max from Saturday 12th February.

Commercial kids channel POP Max will be airing its first takeover since going nationwide in November with the launch of its livestreaming service on Freeview Play.

Previously available in selected regions on Sky 620 and Freesat 604, POP Max is now also available to livestream nationwide via the POP Player app on Freeview Play. Freeview Play is built into the majority of new TVs and available to viewers for free, with no monthly fees or joining costs.

POP Max will air back-to-back Pokémon episodes and movies all day every day from Saturday 12th, through to Sunday 27th February. Viewers can catch episodes from Pokémon Black and White to Pokémon XY & Z, as well as the Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel, Genesect and the Legend Awakened and Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction movies, to name a few!

Watch two weeks of Pokémon adventures on POP Max, the action-packed free-to-air television channel for 6 to 11-year-old children.
