Sega “Working On Fixing A Variety Of Issues” In Sonic Origins
Sega’s Sonic Origins compilation was released in June, and while we were rather impressed, not everyone is happy.
The community has been asking for patches to fix certain issues and bugs here and there, and if you’re wondering what Sega’s plans are – the good news is the team is currently working on a patch.
Sega of America social media manager Katie Chrzanowski informed Sonic fans on Twitter that there’ll be a patch issued in the future, addressing a variety of issues:
“Hey! Thanks for the patience! The team’s been listening and is working on fixing a variety of issues right now. We’ll make sure to get some more official messaging out once we have more info for everyone.”
Earlier this week, a Sonic Origins modder announced they would be halting development on their project after venting their frustrations online about the game’s bugs and DRM. A Sonic Origins contributor also previously shared their own thoughts about the state of the game.
