Twitter Reveals “Most Tweeted About Games” In The First Half Of 2022
It’s been a decent year so far for video games – with titles like Elden Ring, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga and Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. There’s also plenty of games to look foward to later this year and 2023.
To get an idea of what’s popular within the video game community right now, Twitter has once again rounded up some data – revealing there were approximately 1.5 billion tweets in gaming in the first half of the year.
So without further ado, here are the most tweeted about games (globally) so far this year. As you can see, The Legend of Zelda made the cut… we’re guessing it might have been something to do with Nintendo’s announcement in March this year that it would be delaying The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 until 2023.
